We supply staff on both a permanent and freelance basis dependent on client and candidate requirements.

Having worked in both an agency and in house recruitment capacity we feel we have a full understanding of what a client looks for in a professional first class recruitment consultancy, one that listens and delivers.

We are firm believers in fully qualifying and vetting prospective candidates so that if interest is shown from client and candidate alike there should be no surprises or change of heart when it comes to interview and/or offer stage.

In addition, via fully listening to, and understanding the clients’ requirements, the quality and relevance and not just the quantity of prospective candidates submitted for a specific role is of paramount importance to us.  We would far rather submit just one quality individual than five that are ‘close to the mark’

Over the past 15 years we have gained an extensive network of both active and passive construction professionals.

 Much of our network has been obtained via referrals and recommendations and with the construction market now turning a corner at long last the availability and provision of quality individuals will be key as we enter a more “candidate driven” phase of the development cycle.
